• Fiber Splicing: Perform precise fusion splicing fiber optic cables, including mass fusion techniques, while maintaining low-loss performance.
• Cable Installation: Install, terminate, and test fiber optic and Cat6 cabling in ISP/OSP environments.

• Provide quality customer service to ensure construction and equipment installs run smooth with 100% customer satisfaction
• Manage construction projects pertaining but not limited to: framing, sheetrock, painting, windows, doors, flooring, Air & Heating, generators, irrigation, plumbing, electrical

• Maintain and prepare documentation for clients, reviewing of contracts and services provided by Vendors
• Schedule, source and oversee preventative maintenance, construction, repairs, installations and operations of 205,000 Square Feet of office building & data center space
• Maintain air cooled chillers, commercial generators and switch gear. (6 Commerical generators ranging from 1000kW-1500kW, 6 air cooled chillers ranging from 110 ton - 210 ton, CRAC/CRAH units, AHU's, fire suppression, lighting etc..)
• Maintain electrical systems, mechanical systems, capacity planning, project management, customer build-outs/ request, and all other aspects of the facility.
• Maintain Plumbing Systems
• Maintain fire suppression systems with local fire companies and authorities.
• Oversee and schedule grounds services.
• Respond to on-site facility personnel with emergencies day/nights/weekends.
• Communicate with all local and global clients to maintain 100% satisfaction of services.
