Since day one in the pool industry I’ve been trained correctly and shown how to do the job right and professionally. I would say I’ve had a golden ticket for folks to be trained by. Although the process of caring and learning from these great people with 20-30 years of experience has to be a guy that’s wanting to learn and grow. Everyone that’s trained me has said the same thing “it’s what you’re willing to absorb”. After all is said and done I’ve been battle tested, shown my loyalty and even took pay cuts to help the company stay on course for even just a week. I’m loyal, trustworthy, and transparent. It makes me stand out at the age of 31. Every day I’m honing my skills to be the best. My work ethic and customer service are unmatched. It’s time for a change and return back to Dallas and show the people who the best company is in your backyard.
