Summary

I am interested in the Team Lead position for C crew, because I am a dedicated dedicated Operator with 3 years of manufacturing experience, and plenty of leadership skills and qualities. I have managed a team of 20 operators for a 3 months during an absence by my area manager, as well as managed small teams throughout my work history in order to accomplish the goals set for me.

I have also been responsible for undertaking several projects as well, from creating new SOPs and Work Instructions, creating new quality guides with visual references, to overseeing the training of 20 operators on new equipment to ensure its proper usage and operation.
