Fleet & Equipment

• Responsible for leading SLM & VDCI vehicle, equipment, and watercraft asset management including replacement planning, standardization, ordering, tracking, streamlining Department of Transportation (DOT) process, budgeting, life cycle costing, disposition and reporting to field operations; support of fleet and equipment management systems, processes, third party partners, fuel, registration and insurance.
• Participate in projects, planning and the design and development of tracking methods for capital projecting and forecasting.
• Recommend courses of action for process improvement, vehicle/equipment selection, and up fit configuration. Primarily responsible for the forecasted fleet and equipment needs analysis and the main point of contact for integration of all new acquisitions.
• Along with their internal and external customers, work collaboratively with Rentokil/Terminix departments.

Property

• Support SLM & VDCI growth by implementing a pre-agreed property strategy for the company which is aligned to the strategic goals of senior management and also the global real estate team based in the UK.
• Work closely with Market VPs, Regional/District Managers, CFO, CEO NA, VP Operations, and the Finance Business Partners. This position has the
• Full responsibility to manage SLM & VDCI leases. This includes managing all leases for renewals, consolidations, and new sites.
• Implement a series of site acquisitions, disposals, and consolidations together with various other real estate based projects and lines of business.

Regulatory Compliance

• Responsible for supervising the regulatory licensing processes for the SOLitude business and pesticide applicators.
• Including, but not limited to license expiration tracking, reciprocity, payments, and insurance requirements for individual and business licensing.

• Senior Leader responsible for the company's operational support team
• Experienced Manager in Fleet, Equipment, Facilities, Regulatory Compliance, Safety, Physical Asset Inventory and the related Capital and Operating Budgets
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward safety, training, and operational excellence.

• Manage team of drivers/operators and portfolio of contracts throughout New England region
• Manage all permitting processes and regulatory compliance for New England region
• Responsible for scheduling fleet of equipment and operators.

• Responsible for servicing assigned accounts and client relations
• Responsible for equipment maintenance, transport, and operation
• Ensure contract execution and client satisfaction.
