Brandon Poninski

-Served as Alpha director for 2 years planning implementation of the program, directing a team under my supervision, and saw it result in people coming to Christ and receiving water baptism after 3 separate Alpha experiences.
-Serving as a youth pastor currently for the Peoria campus preaching and teaching to teenagers
-Serving alongside facilitators in recovery ministry at the Glendale campus.
-Have spoken at men's devotional breakfast to around 50 men.
-Developed sermon planning, ministry leadership, preaching/teaching, and program development skills at this church.
-Logged over 180 hours of supervised ministry leadership under lead pastor Jon Jennings during the course of my master of divinity program.

• Worked as Field Training Officer training over 10 new and lateral officers as their supervisor.
• Served on SWAT team resolving more than 50 critical and highly stressful incidents.
• Attainted numerous instructor certifications and was instructor for entire department responsible for training over 130 sworn personnel.
• Developed great sympathy for those is in crisis, communication skills, and problem solving skills.
• Had moments where I was able to bring Christ into situations on the job with coworkers and citizens

• Responded and solved numerous customer calls and emails regarding issues with products and services.
• Resolved situations in ways that assisted retention and drove sales.
• Trained more than 10 new employees on customer service, policies, and served as leader.
• Excelled at generating relationships and bringing people in to increase sales.
• Had retention numbers of saving more than 8 memberships in one month
