My last year in sales 2015 I avraged 23 cars a month with my highest month that year was 42 cars . With Findlay I was called Mr Fixer . We had purchased a used car lot in 2017 at the time the highest month they had was 25 cars . Was asked to go run the store. First month we did 47 nedt month 63 the next 94 and the following 112 out of single wide mobile. .
When I was selling cars I prided my self in follow up and referrals . When my customers were in Finance I already had a thank you card written out and in the mail box. The next day I would call to ask if they had any questions about there nice new ride. If so I would invite them back to the dealership to go over again any options or questions that they had . Also would ask for referrals. 1 month call make sure they were still happy . In the meantime if they had an anniversary they would get a call and a congratulation card. Birthday they would also recive a call and a Birthday Card .
