- PPI Go-Live involved use of a 5G cradlepoint network while infrastructure was laid. Worked with networking as we got our floors fully networked
- Enhanced system performance by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- Maintained decorum and camaraderie with the staff and end users, performing the highest level of customer service and support
