I was the lead electrician in the Medford branch. I was tasked with the most difficult tasks or projects that Southern Oregon/ Northern California had to offer. I would install inverters, batteries, do panel changes (MPU), full service changes (FSU), and troubleshoot any and all issues, whether from our install, or an existing issue.

Started as a member of a large crew working on a remodel at an elementary school. Conduit bending, wire pulling, installing lights, switches, and receptacles. Moved to running a small crew on the same job within a week. Was doing service work, troubleshooting and doing smaller remodels by the end of my tenure.
