- My job does consist of taking apart, mending, replacing, fixing or storing parts for an Aircraft my old positions were Avionics where i fixed, spliced, replaced and cleaned wire bundles Examples: repaired exposed wire on a B747SF #3 engine power feeder wires, My other position before Avionics I was cleaning Engine parts for Pratt & Whitney my position before that was in storage crew we removed parts off dead aircraft that we have on the property and make sure no damage comes to the interior or any internal parts become corroded the position before that was the apprenticeship I did Composites for 6 months and before that Sheet Metal but I was moved out of the apprenticeship not sure on details then before the apprenticeship i was a contractor for STS for the longest time in Storage crew when I first started.
