Tie up vessels, pull barges to shipyard, keep up with maintenance scrap and clean boat make sure and practice saftey hazard 12 hours on and 12 hours off

Keep and maintain oil in vessel engine clean up old oil in case of a hazard scrap and whip down vessel daily keep up with every job, check oil tanks daily

Supervise workers work ethic, keep look out for overhead cranes, practice saftey everyday making sure jobs are done at a safely matter, making sure jsa is done the proper way. And keep work area clean
