  • Work closely with engineers to develop and review Auto-CAD drawings for constructions/fabrications to make sure all required construction details are shown and identify prior to submitting to designers and architects for approval for fabrication.
  • Review architectural plans for room layouts to identify each piece of furniture for various room types on each floor plans.
  • Consult with GC to make sure there are sufficient structural support on interior walls for installation of wall hung headboards, wall panels for TV, closets/wardrobes and bath vanities. Check for elevator and hallway clearances to make sure large pieces of furniture can fit and transported in to each floors and rooms.
  • Consult with warehouses to make ensure proper handling and storage of furniture to prevent damages.
  • Consult with furniture installers to ensure proper installation of furniture especially the ones that have several pieces that needs to be attached together prior to mounting it on the wall.
  • Attend model room reviews with clients, designers, architects, GC and installers to ensure all furniture pieces are fabricated per approved Auto-CAD drawings and installed properly.
