Joint Team

• Packed joints with product to half or full grams depending on work order
• Weighed each individual joint to ensure they aren't under or overweight
• Twisted the top of each finished joint to ensure no product falls out of them

• labeled tubes to fill with the proper joints for the work order
• Used machine packer to pack product into joint papers to ensure they weren't loose
• Worked in a team based environment (commission based pay was a team effort)

Encapsulation Machine Operator

• Set up machine from scratch (2.5-4 hours) (other employees took an entire shift)
• After set up, run machine to get correct size with no defects to capsules
• Probiotic/Allergen cleans would require full room cleans (2-4 hours)
• Regular cleans will be wiping machine and washing parts (2-3 hours)
• Dismantling each individual parts on Bosch machine after run is finished (2 hours)
• A lot of trouble shooting is required for this job, constant moving and tweaking parts
• Properly fill out paperwork every 5min, weigh/measure capsules to ensure correct weight and size
• While checking filled capsules ensure there are no defects, requires trouble shooting
• Follow all safety procedures
• Maintain equipment
• Worked with isopropyl alcohol (regular) and alpet D2 (allergen/probiotics) for cleans
• Passed Bosch test within a year of employment at Health Wright Products ( Certificate of training completion)

Bosch Runner

• Constant moving around to each operator to help out with their needs (around 10-15 operators per shift)
• Weighing each operators completed barrels of capsules and inputting the correct information into the system
• Wash Bosch machine parts (over 100 parts/bolts
• Refill IBC with correct powder
• Refill capsules into capsule hopper

• -Finish verifying label sheets before running machine (lot codes and dates)
• - Keep track of how many bars ran every15 min
• -Pass bars through metal detector before running through wrapper machine
• -Feed bars into wrapper machine at a fast and steady pace, at least180-300 bars a minute (running40k-50k+ bars a day)
• -Allergen clean machine/equipment when product has peanut butter or chocolate to run a different product
• -Train new hires
• -Backstage unfinished film to warehouse at end shift
• -Troubleshoot whenever a problem with the machine would occur (often)
• Mixer operator
• -Follow directions for mixing product to ensure it meets company standards
• -Finished mixed products are then scooped out of mixer and sent to another operator to shape product into bars (sent to reon machine)

• -When finished cleaning, QA (quality food inspecting) checks equipment with swabs to ensure equipment is clean and ready to run different products
