* General Maintenance:
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on city streets, sidewalks, and other infrastructure.
* Repair potholes, cracks, and other surface defects on roadways.
* Maintain and repair traffic signs, streetlights, and other public amenities.
* Inspect and maintain drainage systems, including storm drains and culverts.
* Groundskeeping:
* Mow grass, trim trees and shrubs, and maintain landscaping in parks, public spaces, and along roadways.
* Plant flowers, trees, and other vegetation as needed.
* Remove weeds, debris, and litter from public areas.
* Maintain irrigation systems and ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
* Facility Maintenance:
* Perform maintenance and repairs on city-owned buildings and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
* Paint buildings, fences, and other structures as needed.
* Repair or replace damaged doors, windows, and fixtures.
* Ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
* Equipment Operation:
* Operate a variety of equipment and tools, including lawnmowers, tractors, power tools, and hand tools.

* Other Duties:

* Kitchen Operations:
