  • Started working in the demolition industry when i was 16. I would work part time for Ramos Contractors.When I turned 18 i got my workers asbestos accreditation. Worked for Ramos Contractors for about a year as an asbestos worker.
  • When I was 19 going on too be twenty I went and got my asbestos accreditation as a supervisor. That same year i got hired for 42 NAID as an asbestos supervisor and have been working for them since.
  • I have completed jobs for them at many navy bases in the Pensacola Florida area including NAS Pensacola, NAS Corry Station, Saufley Field, and NAS Whiting Field.
  • My biggest project for them was in Milton Florida at NAS Whiting Field. The projected lasted 6 months. The project was finished before the deadline and we had no injuries or complaints on the job with me as the supervisor for the project. The job was a full gut from inside of the dormitories which consisted of drywall ,TSI,floor tile,and vapor barrier removal. We also removed steam tunnels.
  • Other than the big project at Whiting Field we have been working at the many military bases in the area removing asbestos.
  • Oversaw daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Applied strong leadership talents and problem-solving skills to maintain team efficiency and organize workflows.
  • Increased team productivity by implementing efficient workflows and setting clear expectations for staff members.
