Bio

Growing up in a modest household as the eldest of three brothers in Rossville, GA, I aspired to transform my life circumstances. I sought to challenge myself to become the best version of myself while also serving my country and supporting those engaged in the fight against terrorism following the events of 9/11. My journey began with weightlifting during my high school wrestling days, leading me to enlist in the Marine Corps in my senior year, 2005. I dedicated four years of service as a Combat Engineer before transitioning to the role of an Infantry Anti-tank Missileman. My deployments included two tours in Iraq, three in Afghanistan, and one in Kuwait. I completed the esteemed Marine Corps Infantry Unit Leaders Course, earning the designation of Infantry Unit Leader, which enabled me to lead Marines in combat across various Infantry platoons. I concluded my Marine Corps career in 2021 as a Weapons Platoon Sergeant with the 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, overseeing an 81mm Mortar section and an Anti-armor section. Due to health concerns and family obligations, I requested an interservice transfer to the US Army, where I obtained a Top Secret Clearance and served as a Geospatial Intelligence Analyst. This role ignited a newfound passion for intelligence work, allowing me to leverage my background to understand its applications and effectively engage with clients. In my leisure time, I take pleasure in yard work, cherishing moments with my wonderful wife Debbie, and playing with my autistic sons Luke and Colt, along with our two Great Pyrenees dogs, Alaska and Bear.
