I currently troubleshoot and repair multiple in field repairs on various equipment types. Troubleshooting malfunctions and diagnosing issues to service equipment quickly and fully. I have maintained a good grasp on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to troubleshoot and correct various problems. I typically clean, inspect, and verify operations of equipment and components to determine repair or maintenance needs. Install new components or replace defective parts to restore functionality when needed. I fill out work orders, repair logs and maintenance plans to document work completed. I keep positive communication and relations between Freeport and Empire supervision. I also have worked overtime with multiple crews and expanded my social network in doing so.

I would trouble shoot/diagnose electrical, hydraulic, engine, powertrain, or machine specific issues with 793 haul trucks or any mine support equipment. Making repairs efficiently and in the highest quality. Maintaining shop cleanliness for efficient productivity and client appreciation. Keeping positive communication with freeport employee and leadership staff to sustain a healthy relationship. I would always create and turn in service reports in a detailed and timely manner. Openly work overtime with or without being asked. Making sure to always abide by MSHA, Freeport, and Empire protocol. Being compliant/obedient to Empire leadership requests. Often maintaining constructive and supportive relationships with fellow Empire technicians. As well as being prepared for new and difficult tasks weather mechanical or diplomatic.

I was responsible for working with multiple areas of the department to efficiently repair various powertrain components. This requires keeping current with the component on hand, making sure all service magazine updates and technical service bulletins are applied to the rebuild as per customer request. Inspecting all damaged or potentially damaged parts to determine reusability or most cost effective repair option. Making sure all testing and adjusting procedures (backlash, end play, rolling torque, pre-load, tooth pattern) are applied upon assembly. Making sure all procedures are done carefully to ensure a safe shop environment. Create new betterment ideas in order to improve shop efficiency. Working with other technicians when needed to improve each other and overall shop moral. Typical rebuilds consist; of small loader inboard axles (938, 950, 960, 970, 972) medium loader axles (980, 988, 824, 834, 836), Large loader 994 (Final drive, brakes, front and rear pump drives) Medium truck axles (740 & 745), 793 Haul truck (Final drive, brakes, pump drives, torque converters, transmissions, engines, spindles, and differentials), Dozer (Final drives, steering/brake clutches).

I was responsible for overseeing major catering events and large volume orders, coordinating daily workflow during high demand of customers, organizing restaurant supplies on a daily basis, preparing items on the menu in a prompt and orderly fashion, maintaining facility cleanliness, conduct highly strenuous financial transactions during busy hours, keeping customer satisfaction at high levels, as well as bringing new innovative ideas and lucrative styles of advertisement to the work place.

I would  arrive at a clients residency or place of business in a punctual fashion. Perform various repair and diagnostic procedures. Conducted business transactions with various parts vendors, clients, and company pricing group to determine best cost effective repair while maintaining vehicle longevity. Being available at all hours of the day to respond to any after hour breakdowns. Working in extreme temperatures and work environments. Ensure each jobsite and vehicle is kept clean and orderly during and after repairs. Sustain a clean and orderly service truck through a high volume of repairs and different environments. Keeping client moral positive through stressful situations.
