I have been in the medical field for over 18 years, 8 years as a registered nurse. Quality, accuracy, and compassion of patient care is of upmost importance to me. I constantly review patient care to determine if my course of care was appropriate and think of ways to improve. I do this to better my own practice as well as to find continually improving methods to train the multitude of students I have precepted.
· Lead RN, Work with various sub-groups in Medical Imaging

· Provide critical care to cerebral vascular patients with TPA administration as well as accurate neurovascular assessments.
· Field training officer for new hires and students.
· Provided care to critically ill and injured patient in multiple modes of transport.
· Worked streamline with ICU nurses, doctors, RTs, and paramedics.
I am part of a four person leadership group for a local cycling club. Our goal is to grow the community of cycling by supporting youth development. My part of the leadership group is add gear and design for the team. We as a group discuss how money is allocated by paying for youth entry fees to races as well as providing them cycling gear for free.
