  • Designed robust curricula and lesson plans based on Backwards Design and ISD principles for many subjects and age groups that were also used by other teachers.
  • Performed continuous evaluations of content and plans in order to enhance instructional delivery and improve student outcomes.
  • Established district’s first distance learning program and taught 50 students over its first two years (2017-19). The program now has hundreds of students each year.
  • Developed standardized district assessments and curricula for 40+ educators as part of appointed district-wide world language team.
  • Piloted a new announcement and messaging app with our student officers that was to be adopted and used at several schools in our district; Instructed others how to use and navigate all features.
