  • Managed 7 to 10 crews on a daily bases and working in Talon-view to review daily closeout photos and managed well over 100 sites from Pre-Con walk to Closeout complete, which includes reviewing drone footage of the existing tower top conditions to diagnose any issues that could be out of scope or which could cause any sort of delay to our construction milestones.
  • Responsible for reviewing all crew members safety certifications such as: First Aid/CPR, OSHA10 and OSHA 30 for crew leaders, RF Awareness, Tower climbing and Rescue, Crane operators and hand signalers, as well as Rigging and Operators certs.
  • Managed 7-10 crews on a daily bases and working in Remote Access 2 to review daily closeouts on the AT&T 2023 5G Dept. of Defense and Cband Projects.
  • Performed daily conference calls with each SP/GC to get up to date construction updates and progress reports, while also forecasting and actualizing construction milestones in SiteTracker and or Salesforce for the costumer.

  • Installed multi-gang meter banks and single gang meter banks on all new NSB sites. Also oversaw civil crews who are responsible for trenching from meter banks to new A/C panels. Ensuring that the conduit installed is buried at an acceptable depth and also ensured that the correct size conduit was installed and ensured that said trench was backfilled properly so that there was not significant sink holes when the soil settled.
  • Received and validated BOM's (Bill of Materials) and collected packing slips and created ERF's when needed. If certain materials were not received, worked with market manager and warehouse/dock workers to procure missing or needed materials.
