Responsible for Fleet Operation, overseeing a fleet of 17 vehicles to assure the vehicles are available and safe for employee use.

Continuously reviews and evaluates vehicle use to assure that vehicles remain in proper working condition.

Schedule regular and emergency maintenance for all vehicles.

Manage staff to assure that proper procedures are followed when scheduling and assigning vehicles and see that daily, monthly, and yearly vehicle reports are completed.

Provide information about wireless products and services.

Handle wireless appointments and retail customer inquires.

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services.

Safely operate Basiloid forklift in both warehouse and production areas.

Loading, unloading, placing, replenishment of materials throughout warehouse.

Performs all required scanning functions required for movement of products and goods using RF scanning device.

Logged unit quantities and entered data within inventory database to facilitate records maintenance.

Use machinery to grind, coat, and chip client floor surface.

Coordinate with team to properly distribute workload and materials for scheduled jobs.

Communicate with managers and bosses to mitigate and/or escalate issues with work site or clients.

Ensure contracts are signed, proper payments are collected and records are accurately filed for future company reference.
