I am very interested in the position of Family Nurse Practitioner at Hendrick Medical Center and aspire to be selected for this esteemed role. With over three and a half years of experience as a registered nurse, I have developed a strong foundation in patient care and a comprehensive understanding of family-oriented health practices. Upon graduating from UTA with a Master of Science in Nursing, I will have acquired the necessary clinical expertise and theoretical knowledge essential for providing holistic care. My experience includes conducting health assessments, developing patient care plans, and managing chronic illnesses within diverse patient populations. Additionally, my strong communication and interpersonal skills have enabled me to build trusting relationships with patients and their families, ensuring that their concerns are understood and addressed. Family NP Advanced Practicum Anticipated May 18, 2026

Expected completion of 720 clinical hours across family/internal medicine, women's health, pediatric, and  geriatric patient populations. A minimum of 90 clinical hours focused on women's health, pediatrics, and  geriatrics each, along with at least 270 clinical hours in family/internal medicine. The allocation of the  remaining clinical hours is at the discretion of the student. The first of three clinical rotations commences on  September 22, 2025, aiming for completion by August 2026.
