I have worked in the manufactured housing industry for 28 yrs. I have had the pleasure to work with customer in all area's of the home buying process, start to finish. I think it's far to say we have the selling part down to a science, BUT when it's time to get to work, that;s when we are faced with a different set of challenges, The days of selling a home on a Monday and delivering it on Wednesday, are long gone. We as professional in this industry are more familiar with the details and planning that goes into getting a family in there new home. Each customer comes with there own set of unique circumstances, and I strongly believe that thru transparent, and regular consistent communication, allot of frustration can be subsided. I am not for sure how many would acknowledge that the industry as a whole has always had a stigma attached to it, but in this day and age , we have the opportunity to finally eliminate that . I have always believed that manufactured homes could the soulation to the affordable housing crisis we are currently living in. Over the years the progress that has gone into building a better quality product, is huge. So now that the manufacturing side has done there part,it's time to focus on the construction side. With all the improvements made, what good are those changes if we let a poor planned project take place.
