Initially starting as a server, my main goal was to attend to the customers serving them fresh food and drinks while providing excellent customer service. After excelling as a server, I was quickly promoted up through all of the in-store positions until I was promoted to the acting restaurant general manager where I was responsible for ensuring the store was functional and successful. While in that position, I was responsible for hiring and training new employees, maintaining the weekly schedule to ensure that we remained even with production, as well as placing biweekly product orders to our distributor. I also assisted with running the shifts and stepped in where needed to help my fellow employees prep the products and fulfill orders.
