Conduct daily rounds which include overseeing maintenance and process equipment ensuring system efficiency.

Successfully operate a variety of chemical processes,including our complex chemical and mechanical systems including being board qualified.

Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving process related issues in timely and safe manner.

Maintain and update our Lockout and Tagout system including our SOP and process parameters.

Utilize out process systems to effectively run the facility to ensure all chemicals are on exact spec for customers.

Work with and issue all permits ( Confined space , Hotwork and Linebreak permits) to maintenance to ensure all parties conduct work in a safe manner.

Attend all training to stay current on all policies.

Read and follow all P&ID revisions that are place in our system for piping projects in facility.

Work closely with other Operators and Engineers to complete jobs in a timely and safe manner.

Patrolled areas of the River Parishes along with The Louisiana Levee District.

Read P&ID and flow diagrams

Made and drew all corrections that were located to specific piping projects throughout refinery.

Prepared clear accurate plans and detailed changes in drawings.

Coordinated with team members to review project schedules.
