Assist with the activities of daily living (ADLs) for patients (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding).

Monitor and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen levels).

Assist patients with mobility and positioning.

Provide basic patient care interventions such as wound care or catheter care under supervision.

Assist in the daily care of patients, including monitoring physical health and emotional well-being.

Provide basic nursing interventions, such as taking vital signs, assisting with activities of daily living, and ensuring patient comfort.

Observe and report changes in patient behavior and physical condition to the nursing staff.

Support patients in participating in treatment plans and therapeutic activities.

Engage with patients in a respectful, empathetic, and non-judgmental manner.
