Worked my way up to head painter. I also track production in the paint shop, as well as materials.I also direct work flow in the paint shop, and take care of all our preventative maintenance on our paint Booths.

• Performed buffing and finishing duties at end of each paint job.
• Achieved seamless paint jobs by thoroughly prepping surfaces, including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Prepared vehicles by removing unnecessary accessories and applying protections to adjacent surfaces.
• Removed surface imperfections, applied special undercoats, and sealed seams to ready surfaces for paint application.

Started as a combination technician. Worked a year in the shop and an assistant manager position opened and I was chosen for the position. Job responsibilities included writing estimates daily, opening repair orders, closing orders, ordering parts for jobs. I also delt with customers on a daily basis. When not in the office I was working in the shop.
