  • Co-developed Standard Operating Procedures to optimize proficiency and knowledge in time-sensitive SIGINT reporting mandated by Naval Information Operations Command. Dedicated an additional 96 hours of time assessing shipboard proficiency and providing feedback to improve quality in reporting throughout the fleet in accordance with national requirements.
  • Utilized skills learned from Naval Instructor C-School (NEC 9502) to conduct classroom and shipboard SSES SIGINT instruction to improve readiness and efficiency
