From June 2018 to March 2020, I completed Pizza Hut's management training, mastering the independent operation of a store and the initiation and conclusion of workdays. Acquiring adeptness in managing the Lake Pleasant location, and continued to accumulating valuable leadership exposure. My daily role involved leading employees primarily from 9 am to 4 pm, managing food orders, and collaborating with fellow managers to enhance store performance.
At the end of 2022 I was promoted into the Banker Coach role at Wells Fargo and began to grow in the company. I learned how to teach and coach new hires into their role and share my experiences to help them grow into the role of everyday banking representative. Being put in this role allowed me to put my best strength of teaching front and center. This role also expanded my understanding of the intricate financial landscape, enabling me to offer comprehensive guidance and support to both customers and new employees alike.
