  • I am the main chef responsible for trimming down filet, ribeye, new york, and occasionally some other loins and hand slice the steaks for service
  • I have learned many new techniques and skills from my Chef Jorge Castro over the almost two years I've worked there and I've even had the opportunity to make a weekly special for the restaurant numerous times
  • I've gained trust with the chefs and I have opened the restaurant when needed and even ran the kitchen if the chefs are out of town and in emergencies
  • It was an amazing experience working here and learning all the new skills and earning the trust to make dessert and entree specials and being the main person in charge of family meal.
