Exercise, Training, Learning

  • For exercise, I train 5-6 times a week with a workout routine, I built by myself. On top of the exercise, I also have a diet I follow that helps me live a healthy lifestyle
  • For Learning, I’m always in the need to learn something. If it’s from social media, computer, books, professors/teachers/mentors. It doesn’t matter how I learn, I always want to try and learn something new every day.
  • For training, it ties into exercise, but also training other people as well. An example of people, I train my old teammates from Hawaii Pacific. I’ll send them my workout routine that I made for myself to them and then will guide him through certain workouts to do. I will also help them with their nutritional diet, and what they need to eat, in order to gain what they are looking for. One example is my friend Travis, he was a skinnier pitcher and wanted to put on 20-25 lbs of weight so I put them through my work out plan and put him through a diet of what he needs to eat and how much he needs to eat. We saw immediate progress. Once he told some of his friends and other teammates, more and more people came in and help them get to the goal of what they wanted to get to.
