As a Manufacturing Technician A, I was tasked from day one with rapidly learning the production process to help drive unit output and ensure contract consistency. I quickly became proficient at unit level testing, gaining A strong understanding of the units function. I then moved into rework, where I developed deeper insight into unit components and their functions, including learning how to properly disposition units.

I completed training at bench level, where I learned laser operations and began identifying common failure patterns. I also gained knowledge in compass calibration and the processes within the compass room. My role expanded to include troubleshooting and supporting Manufacturing Engineers on projects such as offsets correlation.

Additionally, I have taken full ownership of the Thermotron chambers for unit tuning over-temp and was responsible for processing over 200 units through ambient testing - successfully dispositioning 50 units back to the cleanroom and continuing tuning on the remaining 150 units.

Throughout my two years at L3Harris, I've consistently exceeded expectation, leveraging my ability to learn quickly and contribute across multiple stages of the production process. I've played a key role in relieving bottlenecks and supporting team members across the floor.
