As a Quality Assurance Inspector for 360Blue, a rental property company located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Id routinely inspect rental properties for general damage to home appliances, furniture, and structural integrity. Work required timely inspections, detailed damage reports, and close communication with maintenance crews to ensure upwards of twelve properties were properly ready for same day guests arrivals.

While working this past summer at The Citizen, a restaurant located in the heart of Alys Beach, FL, I found comfort in the fast-paced environment brought on by the summer months, and was able to flourish in my customer service and prioritization skills. As a host, I enhanced customer satisfaction by promptly greeting and seating guests upon arrival, assigned tables based on server availability and guest preferences, answered and logged incoming calls in our company phone book, maintained dining room and bathroom cleanliness, and prepared the restaurant for opening/closing.

The Vue on 30a is a fine dining restaurant located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL, that works in tandem with the local beach/golf club. Owned and operated by ClupCorp LLC, The Vue on 30a offers indoor and poolside dining, custom dining service for weddings/private parties, and general entertainment, bolstering a dynamic workplace for the waitstaff. As a busser, my duties included table preparation, maintaining a clean work place, knowledge of the menu and daily specials, refilling drinks for customers, preparing the restaurant for opening/closing, and helping the waitstaff when needed.
