Waldorf, Maryland Mass Vaccine Site

• Reviewed questionnaires, obtained consents, educated patients on side effects of the COVID vaccine along with adverse reactions to monitor for, prepared/diluted vaccine, and administered the COVID vaccine. Drive thru site serviced about 2,500-3,500 patients daily.
• Job role was a clinical advisor and we answered all medical questions/concerns that arose in the questionnaire and decided if the patients were eligible for the vaccine.

Melbourne, Fl Health First Home Care

• Performed SOC, ROC, D/C, Transfers, Recertification's, and routine visits.
• Worked extensively with IV ABT, PICC line dressing changes, wound vacs, labs, wound care, catheter changes, staple removals, nephrostomy tube dressing change, post-op dressing changes, and disease process education/management.

PeaceHealth Urgent care/MAB clinic (Eugene, OR)

• Worked in the Monoclonal Antibody Clinic (MAB) giving Sotrovimab infusions for the treatment of COVID positive patients. IV starts. Monitored patients for 1 hours after infusions to monitor for adverse reactions. Also administered IM EVUSHELD for prophylactic use in patients that are immunocompromised.
• Worked in the urgent care clinics assisting with COVID testing, triaged patients, performed EKG's, called patients with lab results and set up follow up care, splinted fractures, wound care, and administered medications.

Novant Health Urology (Winston-Salem, NC)

• Telephone triage for 4 urology clinics. Called patients with lab results and set up follow up care. Assisted physician with cystoscopy and stent removals. Worked with patients suffering from bladder, prostate and other cancers to help coordinate treatment plans. Displayed strong telephone etiquette, effectively handling difficult calls. Offered medical advice and recommendations based on physician guidance and clinical protocols.

Nothside Hospital Spine/ Pain Center (Atlanta, GA)

• Pre-op, PACU, and office visits at busy pain management center. Assisted with patient surgery preparation by administering proper medication, monitoring patients' conditions and addressing abnormalities. Worked in Pre-op & PACU for procedures such as epidurals, nerve blocks, blood patches, and botox injections. Recovered patients after receiving moderate sedation.

UVA Hospital Primary Care (Charlottesville, VA)

• Worked in a very large primary care clinic with roughly 10,000+ patients. Teaching hospital so we consistently have nursing students and residents rotating in and out of the clinic. We also serve a large IFMC/refugee population. Clinic see's patients from birth through death along with GYN providers.
• Was the only Triage nurse for the practice- triaged all symptomatic patient calls in the inbaskets, responsible for emergency triage phone, and all walk in patients.
• Also assist care coordinators with in-basket management such as patient calls with questions/concerns, med refills, provide lab results, and coordinated follow up care for imaging, referrals, home health, exc.
• Administered vaccines to infants, children, and adults. Along with giving Depo and Testosterone injections.
