After working in sales for construction, I began this job with minimal field knowledge. With the leadership provided I was able to quickly learn and adapt. While working for Finley Builders I:

• Accurately and safely installed wall, roof and floor structures according to blueprints, customer requests, and available inventories.
• Maintained a clean work environment by organizing materials and removing debris at the end of each day.
• Consistently met deadlines on multiple concurrent projects through effective time management skills and prioritization abilities.
• In addition to basic framing, my employer was also the general contractor so we often branched out completing other jobs necessary for completion on homes.

Reason For Leaving: After getting married and having my first child, we decided it was best to move back to Lovington for better financial opportunities as well as being closer to my family. Again, my bosses fully supportive and encouraging of this decision and we parted on great terms.

After returning home from college, I began working for AGC where I was tasked with a number of different assignments mostly consisting of:

• Meeting with potential clients, estimating material and labor costs, and drafting contracts that best suited our customers as well as our company.
• Increased customer retention rates by providing exceptional post-sales support and maintaining regular communication with clients.
• Boosted sales revenue by implementing effective marketing strategies and building strong client relationships.
• Ensured all proper material was on location before jobs began, as well as overseeing that our production rate was on par with the agreed upon time frame.

Reason For Leaving: I felt it was time to move back to Kentucky and begin experiencing my adult life away from home. My employer encouraged this decision and we parted on good terms.

I began working at the Carpet Barn while I was attending the Junior College. It was mostly part time on days I did not have class. While I worked there my responsibilities were:

• Removing and installing various types of flooring, such as carpet, hard wood, and luxury vinyl planking.
• Remodeling bathrooms, kitchens, and occasionally full homes.
• Being able to quickly learn new skills and trades under people more experienced than myself.

Reason For Leaving: I left in August on great terms with my employer so that I could continue my education at New Mexico State University.
