As a Registered Behavioral Technician, I follow the BCBA's behavioral plan for each client and record data from implementing the tasks and goals received from the analysts.

• Assessed patient progress and reported changes to supervising BCBA.
• Used [Software] to document patient information, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Promoted positive behavior change by utilizing reinforcement strategies, token economies, and behavior contracts.

As an Assistant Teacher, I was able to work in two different age groups: two year olds and one year olds. I was given tasks requested by my Lead Teacher to complete and would fulfill responsibilities such as lesson planning, curriculum development, finishing assignments that were due for the children's learning blocks,and creating a loving environment for families.
