As a Transportation Operation Associate, my responsibilities are to manage yard movements efficiently and safely, assist manager with yard call outs, operation requests, labor planning, help meet metrics, and run shift when manager isn't present. As FHD POC, I have learned to work under pressure, support and direct my team. I've pushed myself to be a problem-solver, and execute my tasks before or at deadlines. Some tools I've used throughout my career are YMS, FMC, SSP, Labor Track Kiosk, Quip, Excel, FCLM, and Austin.

As a fulfillment associate, I learned to stow, water spider, support other departments when needed. I eventually became a floor-loader, problem solver, an ambassador and a pg for receive working donut nights.
