New Homes Operations Manager

  • Coordinated with Account Manager to ensure all builder documents needed to kick off new community were collected and reviewed.
  • Coordinated permit process with Swell's permitting team to define a specific permit process plan
  • Coordinated with Sales team the need to create a new project record if one is not already created
  • Responsible for assigning an installation partner to the community prior to community kick off by analyzing project details to determine best fit for both installation partner and builder.
