Compassionate registered nurse with background in CRU nursing offering versatility, adaptability, and commitment to patient care. I focused my beliefs on providing holistic, patient centered care that is individualized to their beliefs, values, and choices. I accomplish this through being an advocate, showing compassion, and involving their support system in their care. As a future labor and delivery nurse I strive to carry my philosophy throughout this journey. Women’s health is a field that I have always been passionate about. There is a need for those who are not only interested in this field but recognize the disparities and are determined to make a difference on improving them. Between my experience, role models, and personal beliefs, this complex system forms a multi-faceted perspective that perfectly encompasses what it means for me to be a nurse.
