• First started at BRENT in 2015 as a trained medical assistant. Where I documented medical data into patients charts, took vital signs and scribed for the physician also helped during examinations when needed for certain task such as procedures, ear cleanings and much more.
• Prepared examination rooms for incoming patients by stocking and cleaning the room.
• Moved to the allergy department in 2017. Where i administered allergy injections and mixed the allergy serum for the injections and sublingual drops. I also educated the patients on what to expect for allergy testing and getting them scheduled.
• Answered phone calls and helped with inventory for ordering.
