My name is Breanna Watson , and I am confident that I would be a strong and dedicated RN at this hospital. I have had the privilege of working here for the past year as a Nurse Tech on the CVICU, an experience that has strengthened my clinical skills, teamwork, and passion for high-acuity patient care. I have also completed the majority of my clinical rotations at this hospital, which has further reinforced my familiarity with its policies, expectations, and culture of excellence.

In addition to my work on the CVICU, I have participated in the float pool, allowing me to collaborate with diverse teams and gain exposure to a variety of units and patient populations. These experiences have confirmed my desire to grow professionally within this organization.
