I am a Registered Nurse with 8 years of experience. I have spent 7 years of my career at Integrity Home Care, the last 6 years of which I have served in clinical leadership. In my current role, I serve on a team of 5 individuals tasked with a wide variety of high priority organizational projects ranging from improvement projects to audit tool development to state survey support. I also have significant experience in infection prevention in the last 2.5 years as my organization’s clinical lead in COVID-19 management.

• Served as Integrity's clinical lead for the entirety of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency; analyzing, creating, and disseminating best practice policies, standards, processes, guides, and education. Additionally, provided extensive consultation on non-clinical policy decisions at the executive level and COVID-19 communication.
• Created complex clinical internal audit tools in Microsoft Excel. Created an accurate audit scoring system which reflects results and areas of risk.
• Assisted with dashboard development during critical period of immediate jeopardy survey finding with risk of agency closure.
