• Assigned Sites : Lighthouse Academy served at-risk youth in five counties across West Michigan, with 9 individual schools in both remote and in-person settings
• Provided speech-language therapy across 6+ school sites for students with language, articulation, and cognitive-linguistic needs, including youth in foster care, juvenile detention, and alternative education settings
• Hope Academy of West Michigan: provided school-based therapy in a public charter school setting K-12, with a caseload primarily composed of multilingual learners
• Collaborated with teachers and IEP teams to create, implement, and monitor individualized, culturally responsive goals for diverse learners, including multilingual students
• Developed trauma-informed, functional therapy activities supporting academic engagement and social-emotional growth
• Served as care manager for approximately 80 percent of assigned students, coordinating services, tracking progress, and communicating with families and staff
