Responsible for assisting with the overall day-to-day operations of the store including continuous development of store associates to sales results. Ensuring daily the stores ability to meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, cleanliness, food safety and regulatory compliance. Assist with coaching and development of store associates through both formal and informal interactions. Coach and delvolpe associates to take the next step in their careers. Ensure the store standards are where they need to be at all times. Assist with making sure the finical of the stores are where they need to be. Assist in ensuring the merchandiser is being following weekly.

Maintaining standards of sales floor and backroom to 5s. Controlling shrink and inventory. Coaching and teaching up and coming managers to excell. Maintaining in-stock. Writing Schedules.
