Summary

Students are the heart of my educational leadership philosophy. I want to utilize my passion for student/family relationships to increase student success. I believe that a flourishing school community is built through setting clear results-driven goals, building relationships and trust with clear communication, creating a culture of high expectations while leading with compassion, aligning my goals with the school's current mission, and promoting collaboration amongst all stakeholders. I am dedicated to motivating students through relationships, positive encouragement, and educating to empower students and staff alike. I believe quality education comes from a positive school environment and I am committed to being a driving force in that environment. I am devoted to being a lifelong learner, I will lead through active participation and providing a safe environment for staff and students to take risks. My educational philosophy of leadership, summarized, would begin and end with developing a positive culture that students, staff, and community members want to be a part of.
