My years of babysitting experience have given me a strong foundation to be successful as a Special Education Aide. Through caring for children of different ages and personalities, I have developed patience, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs. Babysitting has taught me how to support children with daily routines, manage behaviors in a calm and positive manner, and create a safe, nurturing environment. I am also skilled at building trust and communicating with both children and families, which translates well to working as part of a classroom team.
