• As a sophomore in high school I participated in National Honor Society, we were selected to go to a summit leadership conference in Europe.

• I am virtually shadowing doctors on a website called Med School Coach, which allows me to hear from doctors from all specialties and gain insight into what they typically do on a day-to-day basis.

• The task was to make sure donors are checked in and have the appropriate paperwork done to proceed with their donations, as well as assist the donors after they have had their blood taken.

• Aside from the American Redcross and The Salvation Army, I have volunteered with various groups, such as animal shelters, food banks, holiday gift-giving to those in need, and much more.

• I commenced the program in 2015 as a sixth grader in middle school to 2021 as a senior in high school.

• Program developed my persistence and consistency skills- students in the program were required to maintain the top GPAs in their class, actively participate in community service and volunteering opportunities, and attend the six week summer program each of the six years at Western Connecticut state University

• As a junior in high school, I was chosen for the Western Connecticut State University bilingual teaching pipeline.
• This is a program where we took a college-level class and learned how to teach and manage a classroom
• Got hands-on experience in creating lesson plans and implementing those lesson plans in a real-life classroom with kindergartners.
