Clinical assessments on 12 residential patients daily with Behavioral health and medically assisted treatment patients in morning and early afternoon with 5 withdrawal management patients assessed with medications and treatments ordered throughout course of day

• Performed 20 patient assessments daily with primary care and residential treatment patients
