  • Supervised payroll, accounts payable, HP3000 system of which processed weekly bake reports for production, load sheets for the shipping team.
  • Facilitated cross-functional communication between departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting processes when IBC purchased Hostess in 1995.
  • Reviewed and balanced the weekly P & L with the plant controller and bakery plant manager.
  • Responsible to over see the nightly processing of 650 DSD routes through out the US.
  • Was part of the SAP implementation team when Hostess switched from HP3000 system to SAP.
  • Went through the implementation of switching 650 DSD routes from a manual process to handhelds.
  • When Hostess closed in November 2012, I was chosen to stay on and be on the team at Hostess Corporate to close out the AR through the bankruptcy.
