  • After candidate is recruited, employee is onboarded by issuing a offer letter. After candidate excepts offer, they are issued a new hire packet to complete some task assigned to them and a background check is ordered and 8 registries are run. After employee compete their new hire packet they are moved into onboarding and into the HR / Payroll system.
  • When employees attend orientation, they are e-verified making sure the I-9 form is filled out correctly. Then the I-9 information is uploaded into their pay card in Paylocity, an HR / Payroll software.
  • Responsible for putting together a 6 part personnel file putting dates and information into the company website. This is performed regularly.
  • Responsible for keeping all employees trained to keep them compliant according to company obligations with the DODD mandates. Keeping company website updated with current dates for auto insurance, driver's license, CPR / 1st aid, Medication Administration for certificates in I, II & III. MANDT, DODD certifications.
  • Schedules all trainings for employees to maintain compliance.
  • Types UI / MUI reports into a monthly log.
