I just love cooking ,when you go into the kitchen to me your in a whole different world , I have my Mom Recipes which were my grandmother's

and my great grandmother's recipes . For example homemade Apple Butter or homemade Goetta. I also had to make things different with ingredients For my daughter had a liver transplant and she can't have anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup and Partially Hydrated Oil

These two ingredients are not good for the Liver,so I am glad I like to cook this I could alter the recipes for my daughter
